The NJAA Scholarship Awards program, sponsored by the Northern Junior Athletic Association, provides scholarships to high school seniors or other GED certified students who will be attending an accredited post secondary institution.  Over the past several years NJAA has awarded over $15,000 of scholarship awards to approximately 20 students.

To be considered for an award the candidate must have been previously enrolled in either (a) two NJAA sports over any period of time, or (b) a single NJAA sport in two separate seasons.  Further, NJAA pledges to uphold a policy that all persons shall have equal access to this program, regardless of race, color, age, sex, creed, religion, or disability.

The annual allowance for NJAA Scholarships is approved by the NJAA Board of Directors.  Individual scholarships range from $250 up to $1,000 each.  The scholarship application can be found below and deadline for applications is April 15 of each year.
